History
The restaurant that is today known as Katsura Grill originally opened on October 1, 1982 as Yakitori House [1]. Located within a Japanese Garden, Yakitori House was namaed after a chicken dish originally served in the restaurant [1] but later removed [2]. The Yakitori House closed in 2011 and underwent extensive refurbishments [3]. During these rennovations, the interior of the restaurant was given new furniture, lighting, and more modern look [2].
