History The restaurant that is currently known as Katsura Grill originally opened on October 1, 1982 as Yakitori House . Located within a Japanese Garden, Yakitori House was named after a chicken dish originally served in the restaurant but later removed . Yakitori House closed in 2011 and underwent extensive refurbishments . During these renovations, the interior of the restaurant was given new furniture, lighting, and more modern look . When the dining location reopened on December 7, 2011, it was renamed Katsura Grill, although much of the old menu remained . Since the its name change, Katsura Grill has not seen any major changes.
